Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Environmental Monitoring (EM) of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
- Performing microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and water samples.
- Conducting sterility testing and microbial limit testing.
- Media preparation, Growth Promotion Testing (GPT), and culture handling.
- Supporting Media Fill and Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) activities.
- Microbial identification and investigation of OOS/OOT results.
- Environmental monitoring of aseptic and sterile manufacturing areas.
- Maintaining microbiology laboratory records, SOPs, logbooks, and documentation.
- Supporting deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control activities.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess:
- B.Tech in Biotechnology, or
- M.Sc. in Microbiology, or
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in sterile manufacturing microbiology, environmental monitoring, and laboratory documentation will be preferred.
