Key Responsibilities
As a PPIC Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) departments.
- Monitor Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods inventory.
- Generate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Track production schedules and analyze Plan vs. Actual performance.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
- Prepare MIS reports and support production planning activities.
- Work on SAP/ERP systems and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Experience in PPIC within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Control, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have any of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- B.Sc
- MBA (Operations)
- MBA in Supply Chain Management
- Any relevant Graduation
Experience Required
- Minimum: 2 Years
- Maximum: 4 Years
- Experience must be from the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
