About the Role
Bioexcel Lifescience and Research LLP is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2–3 years of clinical research experience to take on a leadership role, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and overseeing clinical trial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site monitoring to ensure adherence to protocol, GCP, and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor a team of junior CRAs
- Review and manage clinical trial documents, data, and reports
- Collaborate with investigators, site coordinators, and internal teams
- Assist in protocol development, site initiation visits (SIVs), and training sessions
- Prepare study updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance throughout the trial lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a CRA in clinical research or CRO
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines efficiently
- Prior team coordination or leadership experience is a plus
