Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Injection moulding machine parameter setting and optimization.
- Production planning and manpower handling machine-wise.
- Operating Injection Moulding and Injection Blow Moulding machines.
- Printing, assembly, vision inspection, and quality inspection activities.
- Monitoring machine performance and maintaining production efficiency.
- Process parameter setting according to SOP requirements.
- Line clearance and Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) documentation.
- Quality control and rejection control activities.
- Compliance with GMP guidelines, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Periodic inspection of products and reporting deviations to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- ITI – Fitter
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with up to 6 years of relevant experience are eligible.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of plastic moulding processes.
