Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Formulation development of NCE and Generic Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Product and process development using Quality by Design (QbD) principles.
- Conducting extensive scientific literature reviews and patent searches.
- Executing development batches, pilot batches, and clinical batches in a GMP environment.
- Supporting technology transfer activities from development to manufacturing.
- Preparing technical documents including:
- Development reports
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
- Technology Transfer documents
- Ensuring compliance with GxP documentation practices.
- Following regulatory guidelines and quality standards throughout product development.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from a recognized university.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of pharmaceutical formulation development experience.
Technical Skills
- Experience in Generic or NCE OSD product development.
- Understanding of process development and technology transfer.
- Knowledge of QbD-based product development approaches.
- Familiarity with GMP and GxP documentation systems.
- Understanding of global regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical guidelines.
