The selected candidates will be placed at Lupin’s advanced manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Indore (Madhya Pradesh).
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Nasal, Derma, MDI/DPI, Sterile, and Ophthalmic formulations and mandatory exposure to USFDA and MHRA regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Production Department
- Operate Nasal and Derma filling equipment.
- Handle DARA Nasal Filling Machines.
- Operate PKB Bottle Filling & Capping Machines.
- Manage Marchesini Sofbag Filling Systems.
- Operate NORDEN and IMA-PG Tube Filling Machines.
- Execute packaging activities for nasal formulations.
- Work with labeling, cartooning, printing, and scanning systems.
- Maintain electronic batch manufacturing records (EBMR) in PAS-X.
Quality Control Department
- Analyze finished products including Nasal, Derma, MDI, DPI, and Ophthalmic formulations.
- Perform Assay, Related Substances, APSD, DDU, FPM, Spray Pattern, and physical testing.
- Operate HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, and pH Meter.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Quality Assurance & Microbiology
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring in aseptic and controlled areas.
- Review microbiological records and media preparation documents.
- Perform electronic data review and trend analysis.
- Participate in OOS investigations.
- Review validation protocols including BET, Sterility, and Method Validation studies.
- Release analytical and stability study data.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- Hands-on experience in Nasal, Derma, MDI/DPI, Sterile, or Ophthalmic formulations.
- Relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to USFDA and MHRA regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 60% marks for candidates having less than 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of GMP and Data Integrity practices.
