Job Description & Responsibilities
1. DCS Executive
- Monitor and control plant operations via DCS (Distributed Control System).
- Ensure smooth production processes and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain records and comply with safety protocols.
2. Instrumentation Operations Officer/Executive
- Oversee instrumentation and control systems in the plant.
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Shift Incharge
- Supervise shift operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Coordinate with teams for smooth workflow and safety compliance.
- Handle emergency situations and report incidents.
4. Process Safety Officer
- Implement process safety management (PSM) systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Train employees on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
5. Quality Assurance Officer
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (GMP, ISO).
- Document test results and maintain quality records.
