1. Team Member – Engineering
Experience: 3–8 years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain plant process and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of RMG, FBD, granulation, tube-filling, cartoning, blister-packing and printing machines, including cobot/robot systems.
- Operate and monitor HVAC systems for manufacturing, packing, warehouses and laboratories.
- Carry out preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Operate and monitor raw water, soft water, DM water, RO, EDI, PW, WFI and pure steam generation systems.
- Work with PLC, SCADA and HMI systems.
2. Team Lead – Engineering (HVAC & Process Mechanical)
Experience: 12+ years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of RMG, FBD, granulation, compression and blister-packing equipment used in OSD manufacturing.
- Implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Handle engineering maintenance, utilities, automation, HVAC, EMS and BMS systems within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage teams and engineering maintenance activities.
3. Team Member – Packing (Bottle & Blister Packing)
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharmacy
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain BQS Blister and CAM Packing equipment and the IMA A1 Cartonator machine.
- Follow approved SOPs and BMR/BPR requirements.
- Set up and perform changeovers of blister-packing equipment.
- Monitor packing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
4. Team Member – Quality Control (LCMS/LST)
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharmacy
LCMS requirements and responsibilities:
- Apply trace-level quantification techniques using LC-UV/FID, ion chromatography, LC-MS, GC-MS and high-resolution mass spectrometry.
- Develop and optimise analytical methods for trace-level quantification of nitrosamines and other impurities in drug substances and products.
LST requirements:
- Familiarity with computer system validation (CSV), categorisation, risk assessment and instrumentation qualification.
- Candidates from OSD, injectable or API backgrounds can be considered.
