Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Auditor – HCC Medical Coding, you will:
- Analyze current processes (As-is) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a Change Agent by collaborating with Operations, RTM, WFM, and other departments.
- Liaise with QA/Trainers and US counterparts to identify opportunity areas and implement process improvements.
- Design and implement KPI measures, dashboards, and tracking systems to ensure process performance.
- Ensure all quality metrics are met consistently.
- Solve problems and develop innovative solutions to reduce variances and on-hold cases.
- Assist in special projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders (Offshore/Onshore) and participate in calls as required.
- Take initiatives in team engagement and team-building activities.
Skills and Competencies
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong command over communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality processes, HCC, and HEDIS.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with intra and inter-departments.
- Leadership qualities to serve as a role model for the team.
- Proficiency in HCC Coding, ICD, Medical Coding, CCS, CRC, Coc, CPC, and CIC.
Educational Qualifications
- UG: BAMS, B.Pharma, B.Sc (Biology/Nursing), B.U.M.S, MBBS, BDS, BHMS in any specialization.
- PG: M.Pharma, MS/M.Sc (Biology/Nursing).
