Job Description
AIIMS is inviting applications for the position of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) under an ICMR-funded research project. The selected candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research in molecular diagnostics for antimicrobial resistance detection in burn wound infections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting laboratory research on molecular techniques for pathogen detection.
- Performing experiments related to dipstick-based diagnostic methods.
- Data analysis, documentation, and report preparation.
- Collaborating with research teams and presenting findings.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- First Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) in Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry or related fields.
- OR Second Class PG degree with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- For Engineering/IT/CS Candidates: First-class four-year graduate degree (B.Tech/B.E.).
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 35 years (Age relaxation as per ICMR/AIIMS norms).
Salary & Emoluments:
- As per ICMR norms for Project Research Scientist-I.
