Responsibilities
Production (Pharma API)
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and safety protocols
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production logs
- Handle raw material charging, process monitoring, and yield optimization
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for smooth production flow
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Manage QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and change control
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections
- Ensure SOP implementation and documentation accuracy
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis
- Maintain GLP compliance and documentation
- Support stability studies and method validation
Qualifications
- Production Roles:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E Chemical
- 1–4 years of API manufacturing experience
- QA & QC Roles:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- 2–6 years of experience in QA/QC (API Pharma)
- Strong knowledge of pharma API processes, GMP, and documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
