Responsibilities

Production (Pharma API)

• Operate and monitor API manufacturing equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and safety protocols
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production logs
• Handle raw material charging, process monitoring, and yield optimization
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for smooth production flow

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Manage QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and change control
• Review BMR/BPR and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections
• Ensure SOP implementation and documentation accuracy

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis
• Maintain GLP compliance and documentation
• Support stability studies and method validation

Qualifications

• Production Roles:
  • B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E Chemical
  • 1–4 years of API manufacturing experience
• QA & QC Roles:
  • B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • 2–6 years of experience in QA/QC (API Pharma)
• Strong knowledge of pharma API processes, GMP, and documentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
