Position: Research & Development (R&D) – API Department
Location: Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Dahej SEZ II
Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
Experience: 3 to 6 years in API Research & Development
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Step Synthesis Development: Design and execute multi-step synthesis processes in the R&D lab based on project requirements.
- Lab Experiments: Conduct experiments to gather process understanding and ensure optimal results.
- Validation Batches: Monitor validation batches in both the R&D lab and plant settings.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues during commercial scale-up processes.
- Compound Characterization: Interpret and characterize compounds to ensure quality and compliance.
- Documentation: Prepare and review R&D-related documents, including daily verification and scheduled calibration reports.
- Team Training: Provide training and guidance to subordinates to enhance team performance.
