Key Responsibilities
Depending on the department, selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Performing analytical testing and method development for biologics.
- Executing quality control testing in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Conducting bioassay development and validation activities.
- Supporting upstream and downstream process development.
- Handling manufacturing operations for biologics drug substances.
- Ensuring GMP compliance through Quality Assurance activities.
- Preparing regulatory documentation and supporting global submissions.
- Maintaining laboratory documentation, SOPs, and quality records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for development and commercial projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or a relevant discipline.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 14 years depending on the department.
- Regulatory Affairs applicants should have 8–15 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP, laboratory practices, and biologics manufacturing.
