📋 Job Description & Responsibilities
As an AR&D Executive at Gland Pharma, your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Method Development (MD) & Method Validation (MV) for injectable formulations
✔ Handling advanced analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, LCMS, UV Spectrophotometer
✔ Providing analytical support for formulation development & stability studies
✔ Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA)
✔ Preparing technical reports, SOPs, and documentation
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- M.Pharm (Analytical/Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
- M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry)
Experience Required:
- 2-4 years in Analytical R&D with exposure to Injectable Formulations
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, LCMS, Dissolution, and Wet Chemistry
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of analytical method development & validation
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (ICH, USP, BP guidelines)
