Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operate and maintain granulation equipment (Negative Isolator, Vibro Sifter, Bin Blender, GEA line).
✔ Ensure cGMP & GDP compliance in documentation (BMR, logbooks).
✔ Perform in-process checks and monitor granulation parameters.
✔ Handle sieve management, equipment changeover, and cleaning.
✔ Report deviations, safety issues, or quality risks to supervisors.
✔ Maintain hygiene, safety, and data integrity in production.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Education:
- Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- ITI / D.Pharm candidates with relevant experience may apply.
✅ Experience:
- 1-3 years in pharma manufacturing (OSD/Granulation preferred).
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge may be considered.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of granulation processes, cGMP, and GDP.
- Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems (advantage).
✅ Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance mindset.
- Good communication for cross-department coordination.
