As an Associate Content Analyst, you will work on Web of Science, a premier research database used by innovators and academicians worldwide. You will be responsible for curating author details, affiliations, and peer-reviewed articles, ensuring high-quality data for researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate bibliographic data (author names, affiliations) from peer-reviewed articles.
- Maintain and update Web of Science database with accuracy.
- Draft documentation related to organization master workflows.
- Identify process improvements to enhance data quality.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in research data management.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (except Engineering).
- 0-1 year of experience in content operations, data curation, or research.
- Strong English communication (written & verbal).
- Proficient in typing, data entry, and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- 1+ years in content operations.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
