Roles & Responsibilities
Production Department
- Operate formulation equipment like granulation, compression, coating, FBC, blister & bottle packing
- Handle pellet manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with QMS and GMP guidelines
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR)
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing
- Handle AQA (Analytical QA) documentation and compliance
- Monitor deviations, CAPA, and change control
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct analysis using HPLC & GC instruments
- Perform sampling, testing, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GLP and data integrity practices
Warehouse
- Manage Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), dispensing, and inward activities
- Maintain inventory records and ensure GDP compliance
Engineering & Maintenance
- Handle mechanical systems, automation, and maintenance
- Work with AutoCAD documentation
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and utilities
Qualifications
- Production / QA / QC: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Life Sciences)
- Engineering: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical / Automation
- Warehouse: Graduation (relevant experience preferred)
- Experience Required: 3–6 years in pharma formulation industry
