Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the following activities:
- Provide advanced analytical support for Personal Care and Home Care stability projects, raw materials, product development teams, and manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with product development scientists, procurement teams, and suppliers on raw material qualification, root cause analysis, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with external laboratories and institutes for advanced analytical techniques.
- Analyze raw materials, experimental formulations, finished products, competitive products, and troubleshooting samples.
- Develop and validate analytical methods and support technology transfer to manufacturing plants.
- Perform routine analytical testing using laboratory instrumentation in a cGMP environment.
- Maintain, calibrate, qualify, and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow good documentation practices.
- Work with local and global analytical and product development teams.
- Stay updated on scientific developments through technical literature, industry contacts, conferences, and patent filings.
- Comply with product safety, quality, regulatory, and laboratory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Science, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Work Experience: At least three years of professional experience in an analytical laboratory.
- Technical Experience: Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting analytical instruments.
- Compliance Knowledge: Working experience with cGMP requirements and rigorous laboratory documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or FMCG industry.
- Strong business presentation and technical communication skills.

Required Technical Skills

- GC (Gas Chromatography)
- FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)
