Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
- Developing and optimizing synthetic routes for targeted compounds.
- Characterizing organic molecules using NMR, IR, MS, and other spectroscopic techniques.
- Analyzing and interpreting research data while maintaining accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Reviewing scientific literature to stay updated on developments in organic chemistry.
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on synthetic challenges.
- Preparing scientific reports, presentations, and publications.
- Contributing to intellectual property development and following IPR guidelines.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following qualification requirements:
- PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
- PhD freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of postdoctoral experience can apply.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of industry experience can apply.
