Key Responsibilities

As a Drug Safety Executive, your responsibilities include:

• Perform duplicate checks, case book-in, and case management using Oracle Argus Safety Database.
• Verify source documents and maintain data accuracy.
• Process and quality review Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
• Correct ICSRs identified through signal reports and Health Hazard Assessment (HHA).
• Conduct post-process quality checks (PPQC).
• Support routine signal review activities.
• Review FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) data.
• Perform literature case processing and scientific literature review.
• Follow up on safety cases and generate action items in Oracle Argus.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance SOPs and global regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:

• B.Pharm
