๐ About the Role โ HCC Medical Coder
As an HCC Medical Coder at CorroHealth, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records, applying ICD-10 coding guidelines, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and supporting risk adjustment processes.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records for accurate HCC coding.
- Apply updated ICD-10-CM guidelines to assign appropriate codes.
- Ensure compliance with client and organizational coding standards.
- Maintain coding accuracy, production targets, and documentation quality.
- Collaborate with quality teams to resolve coding-related queries.
- Stay updated on HCC risk adjustment and CMS guidelines.
๐ฏ Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of HCC Medical Coding experience.
- Certification: Certified or non-certified candidates can apply (HCC experience required).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of updated ICD-10 guidelines and previous project workflows.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
