This is an excellent opportunity for life science graduates with 3+ years of HCC coding experience and mandatory AAPC or AHIMA certification.

- Review and validate HCC medical coding with high accuracy
- Perform quality checks aligned with ICD guidelines
- Ensure compliance with CMS/HCC risk adjustment standards
- Provide feedback and identify documentation improvement areas
- Collaborate with internal QA and coding teams
- Meet daily and weekly production and quality targets

- Any Life Science graduate with minimum 3+ years of HCC medical coding experience
- AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory
