The hiring drive will take place at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd Unit-III, Hyderabad, offering roles for candidates with 1 to 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and maintenance.

🧪 Job Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Quality Assurance (QA-IPQA)

• Perform line clearance activities for washing, filling, sealing, and visual inspection
• Conduct environmental monitoring in Grade A, B, C, and D cleanroom areas
• Handle in-process quality assurance activities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines

🔹 Production – Aseptic Area

• Operate critical equipment like Lyophilizers, Autoclaves, Vial Filling machines
• Perform washing, sealing, and aseptic processing activities
• Support media fill and environmental monitoring processes
• Handle solution preparation and infusion/BFS filling operations

🔹 Engineering – Process Instrumentation

• Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA systems, and sensors (online/offline)
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Maintain injectable equipment like autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems, vessels
• Ensure smooth operation of critical process instrumentation

🔹 Engineering – Mechanical / Maintenance

• Perform maintenance of washing, tunnel, filling, capping machines
• Handle lyophilizers, vessels, CIP/SIP skids
• Execute preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with engineering SOPs and safety standards

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• QA-IPQA: B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 1–3 years experience
• Production: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm with 2–9 years experience
• Engineering: B.Tech (Instrumentation/Mechanical) with 4–8 years experience
• Preference for candidates with injectable / aseptic manufacturing experience
