Position: Trainee – Production
The Trainee – Production role involves supporting peptide manufacturing activities, including synthesis, purification, preparation of production materials, equipment handling, and maintenance of accurate manufacturing records.
The trainee will work under the guidance of experienced personnel and participate in training and process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for peptide synthesis and purification.
- Assist in preparing reagents, solutions, and equipment for peptide production.
- Perform peptide synthesis and purification under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Learn and perform purification techniques, including HPLC, chromatography, and filtration.
- Maintain accurate production and testing records.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable safety guidelines.
- Learn to operate and maintain peptide production equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions and abnormalities promptly.
- Compile production data and assist in preparing reports.
