Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform raw material and finished product analysis using analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, and IR
- Maintain GLP and cGMP compliance in laboratory activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test results
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Support QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and documentation
- Assist in batch record review and compliance monitoring
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards
Microbiology
- Conduct microbial limit testing and environmental monitoring
- Perform water analysis (PW, RO, WFI)
- Maintain aseptic conditions and GMP compliance
Production
- Assist in manufacturing operations as per cGMP guidelines
- Handle batch processing, equipment operations, and documentation
- Support shift-based production activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Pharm or M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Basic understanding of GMP, GLP, and pharma regulatory requirements
- Good communication and teamwork skills
