Key Responsibilities
As a Junior or Senior Scientist in our R&D team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing biotechnology research. Your duties include:
- Conducting laboratory experiments following established SOPs for microbiology and biotechnology projects.
- Supporting product development and formulation optimization in pharma R&D.
- Preparing, modifying, and evaluating microbial growth and fermentation media.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and documenting experimental data accurately.
- Maintaining and updating SOPs, technical documents, and experiment logs.
- Operating lab instruments like UV/Vis spectrophotometers, ELISA readers, centrifuges, and pH meters.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO, GLP, and GMP quality standards in biotech labs.
- Collaborating with R&D scientists, production teams, and QA/QC departments for seamless pharma operations.
Qualifications
For the Junior Scientist position:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology (freshers welcome).
- Strong interest in lab-based research and pharma innovation.
For the Senior Scientist position:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in microbial fermentation and biotech product development.
