Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Transfer (MS&T) professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution and technology transfer processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning:
- Prepare project plans and timelines based on the scope of the project.
- Coordinate with clients to align on project activities and deliverables.
- Procurement and Coordination:
- Procure API, raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and consumables.
- Follow up with the purchase and QC teams for receipt, sampling, testing, and approvals.
- Client Communication:
- Respond to client queries in a timely manner by coordinating with internal departments and team members.
- Documentation Management:
- Ensure all required documents are reviewed and controlled by cross-functional teams.
- Make documents available as per the project timeline.
- Pre-SB Batches Meeting:
- Conduct meetings with internal teams to ensure effective technology transfer.
- Aim for zero deviations and quality issues during the process.
- Deviation and Change Control Management:
- Follow up with internal departments and clients to close deviations, change controls, and incidents.
- Batch Monitoring:
- Monitor trial, submission, and process validation batches for dossier submission.
