Key Responsibilities
- Execute upstream and downstream biologics processes for R&D projects
- Perform cell culture, fermentation, and purification activities
- Work extensively on monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) development
- Support process development, optimization, and scale-up activities
- Maintain R&D documentation, protocols, and experimental records
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory R&D standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical and QA
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification:
MSc / MTech / MPharm / PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields - Experience:
3–8 years of hands-on experience in R&D Biologics - Mandatory Skills:
- Upstream & downstream biologics processing
- Strong hands-on experience in monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
- Exposure to R&D biologics process development
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of biosimilars development
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, WHO)
