Job Overview
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing clinical trials and ensuring they are conducted per regulatory and ethical standards. You will coordinate all aspects of the clinical trial process, from recruitment and patient screening to data collection and monitoring. Your efforts will help facilitate pioneering research that can change lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols in collaboration with Principal Investigators.
- Recruit and screen participants, ensuring they meet study criteria.
- Collect and manage data accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sponsors, ethics committees, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress throughout the trial.
- Ensure the confidentiality and safety of trial participants.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the position of Clinical Research Coordinator at RAPL, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. This educational foundation is essential for understanding clinical research concepts and methodologies.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the clinical research environment and protocol adherence will be advantageous.
