Key Responsibilities
As an Officer in Analytical Method Development, your role will include:
- Analysis of prototype and stability samples
- Validation of analytical methods (Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution)
- Evaluation of multimedia dissolution profiles
- Method development for assay, RS, and dissolution
- Conducting various studies, including:
- Drug-excipient compatibility
- Forced degradation studies
- Filter compatibility
- Photostability & excursion studies
- Freeze-thaw stability & solubility studies
- Calibration of analytical instruments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, and Dissolution tester
- Proficiency in Empower-3 software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, UKMHRA, ICH)
- Knowledge of industry best practices
