Position: QC Associate

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of lateral flow assays and wet lab processes.
- Develop and implement QC protocols, including validation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, FDA).
2. Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process optimizations in assay development.
- Address deviations through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of QC tests, deviations, and resolutions.
- Generate reports on quality metrics and performance indicators.
4. Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on biotech regulations (CLIA, CE-IVD, etc.).
- Support audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
5. Training & Development
- Train lab personnel on QC best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-5 years in QC, preferably in lateral flow assays/wet lab processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of immunoassays and molecular diagnostics.
- Familiarity with ELISA, PCR, and other analytical techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
- Attention to detail & teamwork.
