Job Description (CRA Role & Responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities:
โ Study Initiation โ Assist in site selection, initiation visits, and training site staff.
โ Monitoring & Site Management โ Conduct onsite/remote monitoring visits, ensuring protocol adherence.
โ Compliance & Quality Assurance โ Ensure trials follow ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs.
โ Data Management โ Verify case report forms (CRFs) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
โ Risk Management โ Identify and mitigate risks in clinical trials.
โ Communication & Reporting โ Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and internal teams with timely updates.
Essential Skills Required:
โ
3+ years in clinical research (including 1+ year in onsite monitoring).
โ
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and compliance.
โ
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
โ
Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
โ
Strong communication & interpersonal skills for site coordination.
Qualifications:
- Post-graduation in Life Sciences or related field.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Delhi.
