Job Description: Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Manufacturing (Filling – Injectables)
Department: Manufacturing – Filling (Injectables)
Location: Ahmedabad, Intas Plasma Fractionation Centre
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Experience: 2 to 15 years (Filling – Lyophilization)
Mode: Virtual Walk-In Drive via MS Teams
Date: 15th September 2025 (Monday)
Time: 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-process production activities in Drug Product (DP) manufacturing, filling, and packing sections.
- Prepare batch manufacturing records and process validation protocols/reports for DP area.
- Execute and review Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) of equipment.
- Oversee calibration and qualification programs for DP area equipment.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in injectable and biotech manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of lyophilization and filling processes.
- Ability to handle documentation and validation protocols.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
