Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize solid oral dosage forms (OSD), Onco OSD, liquid orals, and sterile formulations
- Execute formulation development strategies for regulated and domestic markets
- Perform technology transfer and scale-up activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, ROW)
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical, regulatory, and production
Required Qualifications
- M.Pharm or PhD in Pharmaceutics or relevant specialization
- 3–12 years of experience in formulation R&D jobs in pharma industry
- Hands-on expertise in product development of oral and sterile dosage forms
- Exposure to regulated markets (US, EU) and ROW submissions
- Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and quality standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oncology formulations (Onco OSD)
- Knowledge of QbD (Quality by Design) principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical R&D environment
