Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-step organic synthesis and optimize reaction conditions to achieve project objectives.

- Maintain complete and accurate experimental records in ELN and laboratory notebooks according to applicable data integrity requirements.
- Manage assigned project timelines and deliverables in accordance with client expectations.
- Collaborate with research teams and communicate daily project progress to supervisors or project managers.
- Perform moisture-sensitive, air-sensitive and scale-up reactions whenever required.
- Follow laboratory safety requirements, SOPs and appropriate PPE practices.
- Troubleshoot synthetic chemistry experiments and perform purification using column chromatography, preparative HPLC and crystallization.
- Ensure timely submission of analytical results, project reports and weekly progress updates.
- Support procurement, inventory management and coordination with analytical teams.
