Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert doctors for our product portfolio.
- Achieve secondary sales targets by ensuring prescriptions from assigned Business Executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including Top Physicians, Endocrinologists, and Cardiologists.
- Provide daily sales reports and ensure effective query handling.
- Implement 100% of company strategies in the assigned territory.
- Pharmacovigilance (Adverse Event Reporting):
- Collect and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) within 24 hours of awareness.
- Submit additional details promptly to the Patient Safety team.
Who You Are:
- Any graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred).
- Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong product knowledge and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for healthcare innovation.
