📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

⏰ Shift Timings: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST (Overtime & weekends as needed)
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Records Coding & Transcription Senior Rep, you will play a crucial role in healthcare documentation and data accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Reviewing Clinical Statements – Analyzing patient records to understand diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
✔ Assigning Medical Codes – Converting healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and services into universal medical alphanumeric codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
✔ Ensuring Documentation Accuracy – Maintaining uniform and error-free medical records across healthcare facilities.
✔ Collaborating with Healthcare Teams – Working with doctors, nurses, and medical professionals to ensure precise and timely documentation.
✔ Compliance & Data Integrity – Following HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
🎓 Educational Background:
- A degree in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field (3+ years of formal education).
💻 Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows PC applications and ability to learn new software tools.
