Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Passed 10+2 in Science from a recognized Board.
- 2-Year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from an institute recognized by the Government of India and Pharmacy Council of India.
- Valid registration with the Assam Pharmacy Council.
- Valid Professional Pharmacist License.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Pharmacist.
Age Limit

Salary
Selected candidates will receive:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹24,960
- Variable Pay: ₹960 per working day
The total monthly earnings may range approximately between ₹45,000 and ₹50,000, depending on the number of working days.

Job Responsibilities
The selected Contractual Pharmacist will assist the hospital pharmacy team in:
- Dispensing medicines against valid prescriptions.
- Checking prescriptions for dosage and medication safety.
- Maintaining pharmacy inventory and stock records.
- Managing medicine storage and expiry monitoring.
- Maintaining statutory pharmacy registers.
- Supporting quality assurance activities.
- Guiding patients on proper medicine usage.
- Assisting during emergencies, vaccination drives and health camps.
- Working rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Performing additional pharmacy duties assigned by the department.
