Job Description
We are hiring a PV Solutions Analyst – RFX & Proposals to design and support pharmacovigilance operating models in response to RFXs, proposals, and client needs. This role requires a PV Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can ensure compliance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design end-to-end PV operating models for RFX responses and client proposals.
✔ Act as a PV SME, collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, regulatory, technology, commercial).
✔ Ensure proposed solutions meet global regulatory standards (EMA, FDA, MHRA, etc.).
✔ Develop effort and cost estimation models for pricing strategies.
✔ Participate in proposal reviews and identify areas for innovation.
✔ Conduct competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
✅ Experience: 2+ years in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or RFX/proposal writing.
✅ Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Argus, ArisG, or other PV databases.
✅ Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.
✅ Work Style: Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
