1. Packaging Development – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Department: Packaging Development (R&D)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop packaging for new products, commercialization, and site transfers.
- Work on packaging cost optimization, standardization, and variety reduction.
- Handle packaging troubleshooting and quality improvement activities.
- Manage artwork, packaging specifications, and Master Packaging Records.
- Support technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
- Support packaging equipment, automation, and change-part development.
Eligibility and Required Skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging Development (R&D).
- OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) background preferred.
- Good understanding of packaging materials, processes, and documentation.
- Exposure to regulated markets and product commercialization preferred.
2. Technology Transfer – Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: OSD Background
Location: Bengaluru
Designation: Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Support technology transfer of pharmaceutical products.
- Execute batches.
- Coordinate exhibit batches and stability studies.
- Liaise with R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), and Production teams.
- Perform scale-up activities.
- Work on product robustness and risk assessments.
- Prepare and manage technology transfer documentation.
Required Experience
- Experience in Technology Transfer activities.
- Hands-on exposure to exhibit batches and trial batches.
- OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) background.
- Understanding of scale-up activities and technology transfer documentation.
