Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Executing planned experiments and studies using physicochemical analytical methods.
- Developing advanced LC-MS-based methodologies for protein and peptide product characterization.
- Performing higher-order structure studies.
- Conducting amide bond and conformational analysis using FTIR spectroscopy.
- Designing and implementing integrated analytical strategies combining chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Qualitatively and quantitatively assessing product-related variants and impurities.
- Developing innovative sample preparation methods for LC-MS, CEX-MS, SEC-MS, native MS and HDX studies.
- Characterizing innovator product batches sourced from different geographical regions to establish a comprehensive Quality Target Profile (QTP).
- Performing amino acid composition analysis of peptides and proteins using UPLC/HPLC-based methods.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have experience in the following analytical techniques and activities:
