Key Responsibilities:
✔ Formulation Development: Design and optimize microsphere and complex injectable formulations.
✔ Pre-formulation & Stability Studies: Conduct experiments to ensure drug stability and compatibility.
✔ Scale-up & Tech Transfer: Support scale-up activities from lab to commercial production.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Prepare documentation following ICH, USFDA, and other global guidelines.
✔ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Analytical R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
✔ Quality by Design (QbD): Apply QbD principles for robust formulation development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Education: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or related specialization).
✅ Experience: 2–6 years in pharmaceutical R&D, with expertise in microsphere technology & complex injectables.
✅ Skills: Strong knowledge of formulation development, stability studies, and regulatory requirements.
