Job Description: Executive – Formulation R&D (Injectable Products)
We are seeking an M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) professional with expertise in Formulation R&D to join our Injectable Product Development team. The role involves research, development, and optimization of various parenteral dosage forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for:
- Solution & Suspension Injections
- Lyophilized Injections
- Large Volume Parenterals (LVPs)
- Liposomes & Microspheres
- Depot Injections
- Protein & Peptide Injections
- Ophthalmic Products
- Topical & Transdermal Formulations
- Pressurized Metered Dose Inhalers (pMDIs)
- Dry Powder Inhalers (DPIs) & Nebulizers
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, stability testing, and process validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up and tech transfer.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing challenges.
Desired Qualifications:
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics with strong academic credentials.
- Prior experience in Injectable Product Development (preferred).
- Knowledge of QbD (Quality by Design), DoE (Design of Experiments), and regulatory filings (ANDAs/NDAs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
