Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Operator to Operator at Virchow Biotech, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling line activities for the manufacturing of injectables, including Prefilled Syringes (PFS) and Large Volume Parenterals (LVP).
- Demonstrating a basic understanding of aseptic operations to ensure product quality and safety.
- Performing troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain the efficiency of production equipment.
- Adjusting machine settings to achieve optimal line speed and productivity.
- Managing accurate production and packaging changeovers as per the packaging schedule.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment before and after shifts.
- Understanding and implementing CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) processes.
- Identifying and removing damaged products or supplies to maintain quality standards.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in B. Pharma or M. Pharma is mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong academic background are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up 0 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in injectables, will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of aseptic techniques, CIP/SIP processes, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly desirable.
