Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Packing
- Operate Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule Filling equipment.
- Handle Pellet Coating and OSD manufacturing activities.
- Manage Primary Packing including Blister Packing and Sachet Filling.
- Perform Secondary Packing operations such as Cartonator and Labeling.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Quality Control
- Analysis of finished products and stability samples.
- Perform PMQC testing and dissolution studies.
- Conduct analytical method validation.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments.
- Prepare documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance
- Validation and qualification activities.
- Investigation handling and CAPA implementation.
- Documentation review and compliance monitoring.
- Engineering QA and ITQA activities.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections.
Maintenance
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Equipment troubleshooting and condition monitoring.
- Spare parts management and maintenance documentation.
- Audit readiness and regulatory compliance support.
Stores/Warehouse
- Raw material and packing material handling.
- Finished goods inventory management.
- Warehouse documentation and stock control.
- Coordination with manufacturing and quality teams.
