📌 Key Responsibilities – Operations Executive (Healthcare)
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day healthcare operations and production activities
- Coordinating with pharma graduates, medical professionals, and internal teams
- Ensuring quality control and accuracy of healthcare data deliverables
- Monitoring team productivity, targets, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security guidelines
- Identifying process gaps and supporting continuous process improvement
- Supporting management in resource allocation and workflow optimization
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
