🔬 1. API Production
Qualifications: M.Sc / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle API manufacturing unit operations on the shop floor in shifts
- Perform batch processing and documentation as per cGMP norms
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
- Operate equipment related to solvent recovery plant (SRP)
- Work on oncology, cytotoxic drugs, and small batch manufacturing
🧪 2. API Production – Peptide Synthesis
Qualifications: M.Sc Organic Chemistry
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) using Fmoc chemistry
- Operate automated & manual peptide synthesizers
- Conduct Prep HPLC purification & peptide characterization
- Support process development, scale-up & optimization
- Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc (Organic Chemistry / Chemistry) or Engineering/Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Hands-on experience in API manufacturing or peptide synthesis
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in chromatography, HPLC, and process optimization
- Experience in oncology API / cytotoxic handling (preferred)
