🔬 Key Responsibilities
Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)
- Assist in formulation development of pharmaceutical products (OSD/liquid/injectables).
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility testing.
- Support process optimization and scale-up activities.
- Maintain lab notebooks, BMR/BPR documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer.
Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution instruments.
- Support method development and validation activities.
- Conduct stability studies and impurity profiling.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and data integrity standards.
- Prepare analytical reports and documentation.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: M.Pharm or M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D concepts
- Basic knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC/GC/UV)
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP guidelines
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Passion for research, innovation, and quality analysis
