Job Role: Apprentice – Lab Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Operate semi-automated and fully automated hematology analyzers with accuracy
- Perform error-free diagnostic testing and ensure quality results
- Handle patient registration and phlebotomy when required
- Manage and organize sample collection and distribution efficiently
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to lab protocols
- Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and quality standards
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: B.Sc MLT / DMLT (Medical Laboratory Technology)
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of hematology analyzers and lab procedures preferred
- Good communication and patient handling skills
