🧪 Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Support IPQA activities, documentation, and GMP compliance
- Assist in deviation handling, CAPA, and audit readiness
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, UV, etc.
- Conduct raw material and finished product testing
- Maintain GLP documentation and lab records
ADL (Analytical Development Lab)
- Assist in method development and validation
- Support stability studies and analytical documentation
- Work closely with QC and R&D teams
Production (Tablet / Capsules / Injectables)
- Operate manufacturing equipment and follow batch processes
- Maintain BMR/BPR documentation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards
HR/Admin
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Support administrative operations
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical concepts
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in manufacturing and lab environments
